With over 20 years of experience in the housing sector, Vicky brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She began her career in housing in 2000, working in a variety of operational roles including support work, housing management, and housing allocations.
In 2011, Vicky made the transition into Learning and Development and won a prestigious Bronze Training Journal Award for her tenancy sustainability training. Vicky’s specialisms include diversity, inclusion and belonging, mindset, resilience, personal growth, and change.
