At Big Picture Training, we help community housing and not-for-profit organisations build the capability they need to perform at their best.

The business is supported by a network of employees and associates, each with their own areas of expertise. As well as offering consultancy services, they design and deliver off-the-shelf and bespoke CPD accredited customer service training programs, and develop e-learning solutions.

Our team has a wealth of operational experience in the social housing sector, across a variety of functions including, housing management, maintenance, customer experience and learning and development. Our learning designers have cross sector and out of sector experience, bringing best practice ideas and innovation to our training.

We are CPD Accredited

We are an internationally accredited CPD (Continuing Professional Development) provider. Our learning activities have been scrutinised for integrity and quality, and have reached the required CPD standards and benchmarks. CPD certified training counts towards various educational awards and the membership requirements of many professional bodies.
